  Biomarker detection represents an important task for many critical applications such as disease diagnosis, biodefense, environmental monitoring, and biological research.Macromolecular biomarkers present in blood, such as antigens, antibodies, and enzymes, are of particular interest because the presence of various diseases is directly linked to abnormal concentrations of specific biomarkers in blood plasma.
