农业部试点地区--新疆昌吉州、甘肃夏河县、青海刚察县草原畜牧机械化发展近况及特点

2005年-2008年参加了中国工程院农业机械化发展战略研究草原牧区(分)课题项目.一行3人赴新疆、甘肃、青海考察调研,并深入到上世纪80年代就是农业部试点地区的新疆昌吉州、甘肃夏河县、青海刚察县,实地了解了那里草原畜牧业机械化发展情况,将这三个地区的调研材料做为典型案例进行了整理,内容主要反映这三个地区草原畜牧业机械化发展的近况及其特点.经过调研，发现经过近30年的努力，上述三个地区草原畜牧机械化有了不同程度的发展，新疆昌吉州发展所取得的成绩最为显著，在全国具有代表性。而夏河县和刚察县由于地域条件和经济发展条件的制约，总体上发展缓慢。所以，草原畜牧机械化也应该因地制宜，根据自身的特点，走切实可行的可持续发展之路。
