鉴定和分析马铃薯Y病毒属的三种病毒病,即大豆花叶病毒(Soybean mosaic vi-rus,SMV)、马铃薯Y病毒(Potato virus Y,PVY)、三叶草黄脉病毒(Clover yellow vein virus,CLYVV)的通用型单克隆抗体.提取PVY感染的马铃薯叶片和SMV感染的大豆叶片总RNA,RT-PCR克隆PVY和SMV的Coat protein (CP)基因,利用已有的
