　　The signal enhancement by using X skimmer cone and standard sampler cone in combination by LA-SC-ICP-SFMS(laser ablation single collector ICP-SFMS)is presented.Signal enhancement factors(0.6-9.7)depended on the element and the space between the sampler cone and the skimmer cone on Ar plasma,with using S+X cone combination(standard sampler cone+the X skimmer cone)compared to S+H cone combination(standard sample cone+H skimmer cone).
