  We studied the influence of the cable connected to preamplifier on the energy resolution of the detector, and reached to the conclusion that the lengthening the cable will cause worse resolution.The results of our experiment showed that the signal amplitude of the main amplifier drops by 0.281V as the length of the cable increases by lmeter.Crosstalk between the signals from strips is illustrated, including the same-direction-crosstalk from neighboring strips and reverse-direction-crosstalk from selected strips.We developed a capacitance model for the explanation of crosstalk signals.We also made some suggestions for using the silicon strip detector, including connecting a large capacitor preamplifier to every strip to reduce the crosstalk signals.
