在不同温度下干旱胁迫对褐飞虱生态适应性影响

本文以感虫水稻品种TN1、抗虫品种IR36和耐旱品种沪旱3号为材料,采用不同浓度的聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)胁迫水稻模拟不同干旱程度,研究在25℃、28℃、31℃条件下干旱胁迫强度和时间对褐飞虱的生态适应性的影响,旨在探索温度和干旱对褐飞虱的协同作用,明确全球气候变化条件下褐飞虱种群发生规律,为提高对褐飞虱防控的效率提供理论依据.
