Panicle nitrogen (N) fertilizer played an important role in rice grain filling.In this study, two rice cultivars, Ningjing 3 # and Changyou 3 # were used, and the contents of hormones in superior and inferior spikelets were investigated and their relation with grain filling of super rice after treatments with 0, 67.5, 135, 202.5 kg.hm-2 panicle N fertilizer.Changes in endogenous zeation + zeation riboside (Z + ZR) , indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), abscisic acid (ABA) in superior and inferior spikelets were determined during the grain filling period and their relationship with grain filling rate were analyzed.
