利用热加工模拟试验机对武钢生产的09MnNb钢进行了动态再结晶试验,采用等效模拟技术进行了热连轧板卷精轧机组奥氏体再结晶试验,并绘制其动态再结晶图,建立了试验用钢的奥氏体热变形方程式,给出了动态再结晶临界条件回归方程式. σ=〔ε/5.75×10~(-7)·exp(96.3/RT)〕~(1/6.13) Z=8.51×10~9·e~(32.18~εC) Z=6.32×10~9·e~(16.99~εS)应用应变残留理论解释了热连轧变形过程中所发生的奥氏体动态再结晶现象.指出:09MnNb钢热连轧板卷生产过程中奥氏体动态再结晶是细化相变前γ晶粒的主要形式.
The dynamic recrystallization test of 09MnNb steel produced by WISCO was carried out by using hot working simulation test machine. The austenite recrystallization test of hot tandem coiling finishing mill was carried out by equivalent simulation technology, and its dynamic recrystallization diagram was established. The regression equations of critical conditions for dynamic recrystallization are given for the hot deformation equations of austenite in the test steel, σ = [ε / 5.75 × 10 -7 / exp (96.3 / RT)] ~ (1 / 6.13) Z = 8.51 × 10 ~ 9 · e ~ (32.18 ~ εC) Z = 6.32 × 10 ~ 9 · e ~ (16.99 ~ εS) Applying the theory of residual strain to explain the dynamic behavior of austenite during the hot strip rolling deformation It is pointed out that the dynamic recrystallization of austenite during the hot rolling of 09MnNb steel is the main form of γ grains prior to the phase transformation.
