拉锚式盾构隧道管片接头是一种新型的管片接头形式,其构造与力学特征均有别于常规的管片接头形式。针对某类矩形盾构隧道管片试验采用的拉锚式接头,借助三维非线性弹塑性数值模拟对其抗弯力学特性进行了研究。讨论了工作状态及极限状态下拉锚式接头的计算模型的适用性、接头张角及转动刚度的变化规律以及拉锚破坏过程,并分析了不同螺栓预紧力、锚筋板刚度对接头变形特性的影响,提出了优化接头力学特性的一般方法,研究成果可供类似管片的设计与优化。
Pull anchor shield tunnel segment joint is a new type of segment joint, its structure and mechanical characteristics are different from the conventional form of the joint segment. Aiming at the tension-anchored joints used in the test of certain rectangular shield tunnel segments, the flexural mechanical properties of the rectangular shield tunnel segments were studied by the three-dimensional nonlinear elastic-plastic numerical simulation. The applicability of the model for calculating the joint tension at the working state and the ultimate state, the change law of the joint angle and the rotational rigidity, and the failure process of the anchor pulling are discussed. The deformation characteristics of the joint under different bolt preload and stiffness of the tendons are analyzed. The general method of optimizing the mechanical properties of joints is proposed. The research results can be used to design and optimize the similar segments.
