：
目的 探讨适合高年女性乳癌根治术后胸部高位放射性溃疡的整复方法.方法 2006年1月以来,共收治10例老年女性乳癌术后胸部高位放射性溃疡患者,年龄56岁～79岁,溃疡面积8crux 10cm～13cmx 15cm.最深者伴有肋骨和胸骨坏死,采用胸廓内动脉第2～4肋间前穿支岛状皮瓣进行整复,皮瓣面积10cmx 11cm～14cmx 16cm,伴有肋骨和胸骨坏死者同期清除死骨,并行钛板坚强内固定.结果
