　　U-shaped hybrid structures made up of glass fiber, aluminum and honeycomb, with an original U-shaped configuration have process-induced distortion due to unavoidable physical mechanisms.An FEM based analysis of the PID in the component was performed and validated by experiment.Further study was taken to explore the cause of the PID to the very structure.
