从“载能体”观点出发,讨论了废钢的能值问题。本文确认废钢是载能体,故其能值不应取零。根据马克思价值论和实际上废钢所具有的铁和能双重功能两个方面指出了废钢能值取零的不合理性。阐述了废钢能值的计算方法,并引出了废钢能值系数和替代系数的概念,从而可把废钢能值用数学式比较准确地表达出来。考虑了返回废钢,出售废钢和购入废钢以及连铸和氧气顶吹平炉等各种状态和工艺条件下的能值核算问题。
From the viewpoint of “carrier”, the issue of energy value of scrap is discussed. This paper confirms that scrap is an energy carrier, so its energy value should not be zero. According to the Marxist theory of value and the fact that scrap has the dual functions of iron and steel, it points out the irrationality of zeroing scrap value. The method of calculating the value of scrap steel is expounded, and the concept of scrap value and replacement coefficient is introduced, so that the scrap value can be expressed more accurately by mathematical formula. The issue of energy valuation under various conditions and process conditions, including the return of scrap, the sale of scrap and the purchase of scrap, as well as continuous casting and oxygen top blowing, was considered.
