我们设计建立了一个信息集成并用于多样本库之间的信息共享平台模式，将用户提供的如查询、运算或分析等要求通过集成平台以分布式运算方式分配到各个网络的样本数据库中，从各个数据库获得的结果采用实时汇集或"合成"的方式进行分析，实时汇集的机制不获取任何数据库信息，更不储存任何信息，而反馈给用户的是"整合"多样本库(Federated Databases)的信息。这种模式也适用与多中心的研究项目之间的信息整合
