开发建设项目造成了大量的弃土、弃渣,破坏了植被,造成水土流失和生态环境的破坏,迫切需要对开发建设项目的水土流失和防治情况进行监测。本文根据山东省开发建设项目水土保持监测的经验,对开发建设项目水土流失的特点、水土保持监测的目的和原则、方法和内容进行了初步探讨,为开发建设项目水土保持监测工作提供参考依据。
Development and construction projects have caused a large amount of spoil, spoil, destroyed vegetation, caused soil erosion and ecological environment damage, and there is an urgent need to monitor the soil erosion and prevention and control of development and construction projects. Based on the experience of soil and water conservation monitoring of the development and construction projects in Shandong Province, this paper discussed the characteristics of soil and water loss in the development and construction projects, the purpose, principle and method of soil and water conservation monitoring, and provided some references for the development of soil and water conservation monitoring projects.
