Obesity-induced systemic inflammation occurs in patients with metabolic syndrome, diabetes, and/or cardiovascular disease. The main objective of the obesity-management for cardiovascular prevention is to reduce cardiac events, prevent heart failure, and improve their quality of life. Most effective action is the total risk management for obesepatients with mild heart failure (ACC/AHA Heart Failure Stage A to Stage B).To understand the management of the primary and the secondary prevention for cardiovascular disease, we should consider the total risk management for cardiovascular disease.
