@@Cis-dichlorodiaminoplatinum(II) (CDDP), clinically known as cisplatin, is a platinum-based drug widely used in the clinical treatment of various cancers, including testicular, ovarian, lung, and head and neck cancer[1]. The success in cisplatin-based chemotherapy, strongly depends on the drug’s dosages. A new microflow injection chemiluminescence(μFI-CL) method is described for the determination of cisplatin in human serum. By using the microchip with double spiral channel configuration as shown in Fig.1a, the sensitivity is greatly enhanced due to more efficient mixing of the analyte and reagent solutions. The design of the μFI-CL system was depicted in Figure 1(b). It consisted of a microchip, a dual micropump was used to transport 5.0 × 10-4 mol L-1 luminol and 2.0×10-2 mol L-1 H2O2 continuously to the microchip with the individual flow rate of 50 μL min-1 (100 μL min-1 total). A syringe pump (SP) with a volume of 25 μL injector combined of hold coil and a 6-port multiposition valve(SV) was used to introduce different samples in microliter amount into the microchip via inlet P. The sample mixed and reacted with the CL reagents in the reaction/detection channel, the emitted light was detected by the PMT and recorded by a computer.
