Dietary manipulation has been shown to be an effective method to reduce nitrogen (N) excretion by chickens.Some of these manipulations include the formulation of diets on an ideal protein basis,reduction in crude protein (CP) content of diets,and addition of crystalline amino acids sources to diets.
