Human animal interface viruses such as H5N1 influenza have been increasing in varieties and causing more and more serious threaten to human’s health in recent years. To learn further on the pathopoiesis of these viruses,it is necessary to study the changes of host antibodies’ sequence characters induced by the viruses’ infection. In this study,we challenged chicken by H5N1 virus and isolated RNA in the lung tissue.100 individual mRNA sequences of immunoglobulin V region genes for λ light chain,α,μ and γ heavy chain, respectively, were sequenced and analyzed about the variety changes after H5N1 infection. The results showed that, compared to the control SPF chicken,V region changed significantly in length, variety and pseudogene usage preference in CDR regions.
