In the present presentation, we introduce results from phase field simulations that the mechanical compression-induced two types of pseudo-first-order phase transitions, which are defined based on the behavior of the polarization component P3 along the applied field direction x3 versus temperature.The two types of pseudo-first-order phase transitions occur at temperatures below the first-order phase transition Curie temperature and are tunable by the magnitude of the compression.
