<正> 10-PT001 PERIPHERAL BLOOD LEVELS OF INTERLEUKIN-6 AND INTERLEUKIN-8 AND TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR-ALPHA IN NEONATAL HIE AND ITS INFLUENCE ON CEREBRAL ARTERIESHEMODYNAMICS Liu J, Di YF, Cao HY Beijing Yanhua Hospital, Beijing, China Objective: To assess the influence of birth asphyxia and HIE on interleukin-6(IL-6), Interleukin-8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) peripheral blood levels in asphyxiated neonates and to analyze the influence of cytokmes on cerebral arterieshemodynamics. Methods: Peripheral blood samples were obtained at time of 1 day, 3 day and 7 day after birth from 80 full-term neonates for measuring serum levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α by using immunoassays, the neonates were classified into two groups according to the presence or absence of birth asphyxia and HIE. The cerebral arteries hemodynamics were determined by using the color Doppler uhrasonography.
