Objective: To investigate the effects of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) on the proliferation, apoptosis, and immunosuppressive function ofmyeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs).Methods: MSCs isolated from bone marrow and MDSCs isolated from peripheral blood were cultured in direct contact or by Transwell insert (TW).MTT was used to detect the effect of MSCs on the proliferation of MDSCs.Annexin V/PI was used to detect the effect of MSCs on the apoptosis of MDSCs.Flow cytometry was used to detect the effect of MSCs on the proliferation of activated CD4 positive T lymphocyte mediated by MDSCs.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the effect of MSCs on the secretion of γ-interferon mediated by MDSCs.

目的 研究血液灌流(HP)救治急性百草枯中毒的临床疗效,百草枯又名杀草快、对草快,是一种应用广泛,毒性较高的农业除草剂,国内报道其口服中毒死亡率为85％-95％.目前尚无特效解毒剂,血液灌流(HP)是主要救治方法,对清除血液中的百草枯有一定作用,但能否降低中毒死亡率临床报道不一.

目的 探讨百草枯中毒的血液灌流治疗方案.方法 回顾性分析6例救治成功的百草枯中毒患者的血液灌流治疗方法、远期效果.结果 除综合治疗外,6例患者均给予3-2-1-1血液灌流方案,痊愈出院.其中在中毒后6小时内入我院并给予血液灌流的3例患者自始至终未出现脏器损害.2例中毒后6小时-12小时及口服30m13小时入我院患者,存在轻度肝肾功能异常,但经治疗后患者肝肾功能完全正常,留有轻微肺纤维化.结论 血液
