西部煤基能源与水资源协调开发研究

  我国是缺水国家,尤其是作为我国煤炭主产区的西部地区水资源严重匮乏。煤炭与水资源的逆向分布是制约西部地区煤基能源产业发展的重要瓶颈。煤炭开采破坏地下水资源并产生大量矿井水,由于矿井水外排地表造成大量水资源损失。采用煤矿地下水库技术,将矿井水在采空区中储存,可有效保护利用矿井水资源。充分利用矿井水资源,进行分级分质处理,可以为煤炭洗选、燃煤发电和煤制油化工等煤基能源产业提供水资源支撑。神华神东矿区水资源保护利用的工程技术实践,证明了煤矿地下水库为西部煤基能源与水资源的协调开发提供了有效的技术途径,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
