  Many foods and herbs are experientially classified into different commodity grades in commercial circulation.As to the hypertoxic herb-aconite, such large one was considered as better quality and lower toxicity.However, this experiential classification lacks of scientific basis, and is not benefit for the market transactions and drug safety.In this paper, we focused on the relationship between commercial grades, toxicity, and chemical ingredients of aconite based on the traditional experience, and applied the minimum lethal dose (MLD) assay and UHPLC/Q-TOF-MS analysis to study it.MLD result suggested the grade Ⅰ aconite owned the lowest lethal toxicity (p<0.05, vs grade Ⅱ).Using UHPLC/Q-TOF-MS method coupled with PLS-DA analysis, we discovered eight chemomarkers to distinguish the commodity grades,including hypaconitine, dexyaconitine, dehydrodelcosine, talatizidine, mesaconitine, songorine, talatisamine, and neoline.Considering their toxicity and pharmacological activity, we found the contents of toxic ingredients hypaconitine, dexyaconitine, and mesaconitine in grade Ⅰ were much lower than that of grade Ⅱ (p<0.01), while the contents of efficacy ingredients songorine, talatisamine, and neoline in grade Ⅰ were the highest (p<0.01, vs grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ).Our results first provide scientific evidence for the commodity grades of aconite, and the research method will be of great reference to other foods and herbs.

花生衣为豆科植物花生的种皮,含有丰富的活性成分,目前多作为饲料和燃料等低附加值产品使用,难以体现其应有的应用价值和经济效益.本文通过综述近几年国内外关于花生衣的功能成分(黄酮、酚类物质、色素)的提取工艺,花生衣的抗氧化、防止血小板减少、抑菌等活性以及产品开发现状,分析花生衣产品开发利用策略,并对花生衣活性成分在化妆品、医疗保健品和食品等行业的发展进行了展望,为合理有效地综合利用花生衣资源提供思路.
现代药理研究表明美洲大蠊具有较为广泛的药理作用,如抗肿瘤、抗肝损伤、促进组织修复、提高免疫力等,且其成药制剂被用于治疗烧烫伤、胃溃疡、肝癌等,但与其临床应用密切相关的抗菌作用研究则相对较少.本文通过回顾近20余年的文献资料,围绕美洲大蠊的抗菌作用,从其药效学、抗菌有效物质及其抗菌作用机制研究三方面进行归纳、分析,旨为美洲大蠊抗菌作用的进一步深入研究提供一定理论参考价值.
