针对地下换热器管冻胀变形,开展了2种密实程度回填料的U形埋管低温运行实验。基于土壤冻结锋面追踪和管体应变测量,研究了冻结区发展以及埋管变形收缩特性。结果表明,埋管周边冻结区域不均匀发展,埋管产生椭圆化变形及截面收缩,在较为密实的回填层内,埋管的变形和收缩程度较大。埋管的变形与收缩是循环系统流量减小和流动阻力增大的原因之一。
According to the frost heave deformation of the underground heat exchanger tube, two kinds of U-shaped buried tubes with low density operation were carried out. Based on the soil freezing front tracking and tube strain measurement, the development of freezing zone and the deformation and shrinkage characteristics of the tube were studied. The results show that the freezing area around the buried pipe is not uniform, the oval deformation and cross-section shrinkage occur in the buried pipe, and the deformation and shrinkage of the buried pipe are larger in the denser backfill layer. The deformation and shrinkage of the buried pipe is one of the reasons for the decrease of flow and the increase of the flow resistance in the circulatory system.
