介绍了宝钢开发的动态二冷模型及动态轻压下模型控制技术,从原理和控制系统架构角度对模型控制技术进行了分析,并对控制模型的功能及特点进行了总结。为了便于工艺优化,宝钢还开发了连铸工艺参数辅助优化工具,实现了连铸工艺参数的计算机设计。自主研发的动态二冷及动态轻压下模型控制技术已经应用于宝钢内外多台连铸机,控制效果良好,具有很高的稳定性及可靠性。
The dynamic secondary cooling model developed by Baosteel and the model control technology under dynamic soft reduction are introduced. The model control technology is analyzed from the perspective of principle and control system architecture, and the functions and features of the control model are summarized. In order to facilitate the process optimization, Baosteel has also developed aided optimization tools for continuous casting process parameters to achieve the computer design of continuous casting process parameters. Independent research and development of dynamic second cooling and dynamic soft reduction model control technology has been applied to multiple continuous casting machine inside and outside Baosteel, the control effect is good, with high stability and reliability.
