体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)温和或微刺激方案中医药分期介入思路探幽

通过分析IVF-ET常见存在问题,针对低卵巢反应及高龄型温和刺激/微刺激方案女性,提出分期论治初步思路：(1)进周前针对高龄、低反应女性中医药多法介入以改善卵巢功能、缓解因卵巢功能下降导致的各类并发症状,同时兼治痼疾(2)促排阶段,一方面中医药介入协助募集卵泡,同时取卵后应用中医药“安胎”前移思想结合黄体支持治疗改善子宫内膜容受性(3)移植期阶段,应用中医“摄托”“系固”法促进着床成功,通过中西结
