Transposable elements are important players for gene and genome evolution.TRIM,SINE and MITEs are representative miniature form transposable elements (mTEs).High copy and wide distribution of mTE members give us better opportunity to develop marker system for effective utilization of mTEs in breeding purposes.But amplification of those high copy mTEs for development of markers had limitations by conventional transposon display approach.
