The ideal materials for bone repair has been not found completely meeting usage criteria so far.In this paper, porous n-HA/PA66/CS bone repairing composite materials is studied.Nano-Hydroxyapatite (n-HA) is main inorganic part of bone tissue with good biological activity, but its application is restricted because of fragility;Chitosan (CS) is one kind of natural biodegradable polysaccharide, its degradation production is alkaline glucosamine and is nontoxic and harmless for body tissue;Polyamide66 (PA66) is one kind of good medical polymer material with high toughness and strength, but has lack biological activity.The composite of three materials can not only overcome fragility of n-HA, but also supply ingrowing space for cells and tissues by CS degradation.The n-HAPA66CS composite materials was prepare by solution-blending, drying and compression molding method.The results show that the porous n-HA/PA66/CS bone repairing composite materials has advisable toughness and strength, its 100-500an pore diameter is benefit for tissue cells ingrowth.When the quality than for n-HA∶ PA66∶ CS of composites is 40∶45∶15, its compressive strength is 18.7MPa.It fit for bone material engineering.The tests of simulated body fluid (SBF) show that the effect of n-HAPA66CS composite materials on environmental in the body is less.
