New innovation in engineering of computer and transducer technologies give significant advancement in echocardiogram, from 2D echo imaging to 3D Imaging, 2D and 3D strain, contrast echo and etc.This has been demonstrated to be advantageous in identifying causes (clinical and sub clinical disease), assessing prognosis, planning treatment and assisting in solving clinical problems.
