军用装备空投缓冲系统参数优化方法研究

  为探索军用装备空投缓冲系统参数优化的高效方法,本文针对某型装备的缓冲系统,采用有限单元法建立装备着陆过程模型,结合代理模型(Surrogate Model)法,基于参数灵敏度分析,利用扩展均匀拉丁超立方设计(Extended Uniform Latin Hypercube Design)确定采样点,径向基函数(Radial Basis Function)构造着陆缓冲过程的代理模型,并通过对比验证了函数形式和构造方法的正确性。在代理模型上以最大冲击加速度为目标函数,气囊材料强度和着陆反弹速度为约束条件,利用模拟退火算法(Simulated Annealing Algorithm)进行系统参数优化。通过优化前后气囊特性对比,进一步验证了基于代理模型的缓冲气囊系统参数优化是有效的,精度满足工程需要。该方法精度高,可极大提高优化效率,可用于其它复杂系统的参数优化。
