　　Pyogenic granuloma(PG)is a kind of benign vascular tumor.Most of the time,it is found on the skin and mucosa.Many different treatment options for PG have been reported,including destructive approaches and nonsurgical treatments depending on the size and location of PGs.

耳垂下小切口在腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤切除术中的应用

目的：探讨耳垂下小切口治疗腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤的有效性和安全性。方法：对2017 年2 月至2018 年5 月在徐州市中心医院口腔科进行耳垂下小切口治疗腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤的15 例患者进行跟踪随访。耳垂下小切口起自耳垂前方，向下经耳后沟的下端向上至耳后沟，呈V 型切口进行功能性腮腺切除术。评价其临床疗效及美容效果。

侧颅底肿瘤的手术治疗

目的：探讨颞下窝及翼腭窝区颅底受侵肿物的手术进路及手术治疗意义。方法 ]：2005 年4 月至2008 年10 月,12 例颞下窝及翼腭窝区肿物并同时伴有侧颅底受累的患者在中山大学附属第二医院口腔颌面进行手术治疗。采用颅面联合入路10 例、Weber-Ferguson 加Lynch 入路2 例。
