Aesthetically unfavorable outcome of liposuctiou can be classified as skin changes,contour irregularities,disproportion,and skin excess.Many variables contribute to unfavorable outcomes.The basic approach to postoperative contour irregularities consists of liposuction of the areas of protuberance,liposuction around the areas of depression,simultaneous fat grafting,or dermolipoctomy.
