OBJECTIVE: To establish a model of insulin resistance and drug intervention to observe the expression of Fas / FasL in brain tissue and to explore its relationship with the degree of insulin resistance. METHODS: Wistar rats were injected intraperitoneally with streptozotocin STZ (90 mg / kg) to replicate the insulin resistance model. A control group (group A), insulin resistance group (group B)
