Recently,CaMgSi2O6 based glass-ceramics have attracted considerable attention as candidates for Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics applicable to the integration of passive components due to their high quality factor,good mechanical properties and chemical durability.Dielectric properties of glass-ceramics at microwave frequencies were strongly dependent on the crystallization behaviors of glasses,which could be controlled by nucleation agent,particle size,and two-step heat treatment process.
