本文着重讨论了Ti230薄板材的屈服现象与试样尺寸间的关系。随着试样宽度的增加,其受力状态存在一个从单轴拉伸应力向平面应力转化的过程,同时材料的屈服现象也从明显转为消失。试验结果表明,板材试样的屈服现象明显与否,除材料的内在因素外,主要取决于试样断口上的“平断口”与总断口长度之比。
This article focuses on the Ti230 thin sheet yield phenomenon and the relationship between the size of the sample. With the increase of specimen width, there is a process of stress transformation from uniaxial tensile stress to plane stress, and the yielding phenomenon of material also obviously disappears. The test results show that the obvious yield phenomenon of the plate sample, except for the internal factors of the material, mainly depends on the ratio of the “flat fracture” to the total fracture length on the fracture of the sample.
