Exercise electrocardiogram (XECG) is one kind of cardiac stress test,which isused widespread to help to diagnose cardiovascular diseases (CVD).Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease identification procedure from medical standard and certification management procedure for aircrew of CAAC (CCAR-67FS-R1) request:myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) or coronary artery angiography (CAG) should be done if XECG is positive.The standard and procedure from CAAC show that XECG is considered as one of the most important test helping to diagnose CVD.Comparative invasive angiographic studies in hospitals have shown that the diagnostic performance of XECG to detect significant coronary stenosis is low with sensitivities ranging from 64%~82% and specificities from 51%~71%.
