颅内血管肌纤维不良伴脑出血的诊治(附1例病例报告)

【摘要】

：

目的:分析肌纤维发育不良(FMD)的临床、影像学特点及与脑血管病的关系,探索不同发病方式的治疗方法.方法:对1例脑出血的病人的MR、CTA等影像资料及临床特点进行分析,确诊为FMD,并提出诊断依据和治疗思路.结果:青年女性,因"反复头痛5年,加重1天"就诊,门诊查头颅CT提示"脑出血"入院,5年前曾因"脑出血"入院治疗,当时行"血肿清除术",术后遗有慢性头痛病史.
