反应烧结Ti2AlCTiC梯度功能材料

采用Ti、Al、TiC粉末为原料,采用放电等离子反应烧结(SPS),通过原位合成的方法,制备了Ti2AlC/TiC梯度功能材料,并利用扫描电镜(SEM),金像显微分析,能谱仪(EDS)等手段,分析了功能梯度材料Ti2AlC/TiC的微观结构特征,元素组成和含量,用显微硬度仪对该梯度材料的硬度分布进行了评价,发现随着TiC体积分数和烧结温度的增加,硬度增加.
