Background Variant angina (VA) is an unique entity of coronary artery disease (CAD),it is caused by occlusive epicardial coronary spasm resulting in transmural myocardial isehemia and severe cardiac events.It is a heterogeneous condition,which may also present in different racial population.However,no data is available from Chinese population regarding prevalence and clinical features of VA so far.
