CaM与PMCA可能参与眼柄切除诱导克氏原螯虾卵巢成熟的早期分子过程

  目前对克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)眼柄切除诱导卵巢成熟的分子机制还很不清楚。本研究借鉴国外最新研究结果,首先探讨了克氏原螯虾单侧眼柄切除后15天内卵巢的一系列变化情况,随后利用实时定量RT-PCR技术比较分析了眼柄切除前、后卵巢组织中钙调蛋白基因(CaM)与质膜Ca2+-ATPase基因(PMCA)的表达情况。结果表明在克氏原螯虾眼柄切除诱导卵巢成熟的早期分子过程中,钙信号通路可能发挥了重要作用。实验结果为进一步深入研究克氏原螯虾眼柄切除促进卵巢成熟的分子机制积累了研究资料。
