企业对跨国公司R&D知识溢出的吸收能力受到跨国公司R&D知识溢出,企业吸收知识的能力,企业转化知识的能力,企业知识管理能力以及所在区域资源环境的影响。通过探讨这些因素,界定企业对跨国公司R&D知识溢出的吸收能力,并归纳其主要特点,整理出分析框架。最后,将评价因子分为五类指标,进而建立企业对跨国公司R&D知识溢出吸收能力的测试评价体系。
The absorptive capacity of MNCs to multinational R & D knowledge spillovers is affected by the R & D knowledge spillovers of MNCs, the ability of enterprises to absorb knowledge, the ability of enterprises to transform knowledge, the capability of knowledge management of enterprises and the resource and environment in their respective regions. By discussing these factors, we define the absorptive capacity of enterprises to R & D knowledge spillovers of TNCs and summarize the main features of them, and then put forward the analytical framework. Finally, the evaluation factors are divided into five types of indicators, and then establish a test evaluation system for enterprises to absorb the R & D knowledge spillovers of multinational corporations.
