  In order to develop cyclohexene epoxidation technology without solvents and good epoxidation selectivity,a novel phase-transfer catalyst named as quaternary ammonium heteropolytungstoborate C19H44W3BNO15 was prepared and used for the epoxidation of cyclohexene with commercially available hydrogen peroxide (30% H2O2) as an oxidant.
