Currently, standard GvHD prophylaxis in matched sibling donor allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant is the combination of short course methotrexate and calcineurin inhibitor including cyclosporine and tacrolimus.However, severe GvHD is still high up to 30-50％.In addition, CNI results in some serious complications such as renal insufficiency and CNS problem.Post-transplant cyclophosphamide can be used for GvHD prophylaxis due to its effect on activated donor and recipient T cells.
