The phase transition behavior in crystalline region of at-PAN during heat treatment had been investigated based on the temperature-dependence measurements (35-160℃) of in-situ simultaneous synchrotron wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and FTIR.According to the results of WAXD, the diffraction arc for (120, 200) plane was shifted to low q(q is the scattering vector, q=4πsin/λ) value with the increasing of temperature.
