东亚钳蝎,又称马氏钳蝎,全蝎,全虫,广泛分布于我国辽宁、河北、山东等地,其干燥全虫入药。镇痛是全蝎的主要功效,对治疗各种风湿痹痛、三叉神经痛、头痛、顽固性偏头痛、癌痛均有较好的疗效。自宋朝以来,我国传统中医便有利用全蝎或蝎粗毒治疗疼痛的记载,现代研究结果表明,全蝎的药效成分主要为蝎尾节毒囊中分泌的蝎毒素。蝎毒是一种极其复杂的混合物,包含有酶类,肽类,核苷酸类,类脂,粘蛋白类,生物胺和其他一些未知物
