Objective: To compare the efficacy and toxicity of cisplatin,combined with fluorouracil regimen, as adjuvant chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer.Methods: Six hundred thirty-four patients who underwent radical operation were selected from April 2004 to November 2009in our department; 112 cases were treated with XELOX regimen,220 with mFLO regimen, and 302 with FOLFOX 4 regimen.Disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS), as well as toxicity as end points, were compared among the three groups.
