目的探讨下丘脑错构瘤的临床特点、诊断及治疗方法,以提高对该疾病认识。方法回顾性分析本科经治且病理证实的1例患者的临床资料,并总结分析国内外此类疾病相关报道及研究。结果患者行手术治疗后痴笑性癫痫消失,雄性激素降至正常水平。结论手术治疗有痴笑性癫痫的下丘脑错构瘤效果满意。
Objective To investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of hypothalamic hamartoma to improve understanding of the disease. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of one patient confirmed by histology and pathology was analyzed retrospectively and related reports and studies of such diseases at home and abroad were summarized. Results After operation, the patients with idiopathic epilepsy disappeared and the androgen levels were reduced to normal levels. Conclusions Surgical treatment of idiopathic hypothalamic hamartomas with idiopathic paroxysmal epilepsy is satisfactory.
