  1,4,6-androstatriene-3,17-dione (ATD) is best aromatase inhibitor and increase bioavailable testosterone significantly higher (over 400%) than any other testosterone booster advertised as highly strength.So, it advertised as highly anabolic/androgenic compound promoting muscularity, enhancing strength, and overall physical performance and available on the intemet and in the health stores.Urinary ATD and its metabolite following oral administration of ATD (dose 25 mg/tablet) to male volunteer were isolated from urine by way of PAD-1 adsorption, enzymatic hydrolysis with β-glucuronidase form E-coli and liquid/liquid extraction with n-hexane.The extracted ATD and its metabolite were compared to blank urine, spiked urine and urinary sample by LC/ESFTOF/MS.For confirmation, these were derivatized with MSTFA/NH4I/DTE (500∶4∶2 (w/w/w)) and detected by GC/MS/MS with chemical ionization and GC/TOF/MS.From these results, we suppose that the metabolite of ATD was hydroxylated.And we could detect the free ATD and glucuronidated ATD metabolite,and now work to excretion study.
