本文用放射自显影观察了自羊提取的抗人胃腺癌免疫核糖核酸对人胃腺癌细胞株(7901)的作用,结果表明,抗胃腺癌免疫核糖核酸能通过致敏淋巴细胞对胃腺癌细胞的生长代谢起明显的抑制作用。
In this paper, we used autoradiography to observe the effect of anti-human gastric adenocarcinoma RNA extracted from sheep on human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line (7901). The results showed that anti-gastric adenocarcinoma RNA can pass through sensitized lymphocytes against gastric adenocarcinoma cells. Growth and metabolism play a significant inhibitory effect.
