【摘 要】

：

目的 分析13例硬脊膜动静脉瘘(SDAVF)的临床、影像学特点、误诊原因,治疗经验,提高临床医生对SDAVF的认识和诊断水平,减少临床误诊.方法 回顾性分析1 3例脊髓硬脊膜动静脉瘘患者的临床特点、影像学资料以及治疗与转归等.结合文献总结其临床表现特征、影像学特点、诊断、治疗.
